Our extensive experience enables us to assist business owners, contractors, and developers with personalized fire and life safety services, including Fire and Life Safety Inspections, Fire Plan Review and Consulting, and guidance regarding Fire Sprinkler systems. We also provide support in the maintenance of Fire Hydrants and Backflows, ensuring a closer, more accessible level of service than the local authority having jurisdiction (AHJ).

Amanda Baumann brings extensive experience in fire protection and life safety, beginning her career in the fire sprinkler industry where she progressed from helper to foreman, gaining hands-on expertise in installation, design, sales, and inspections, including Fire and Life Safety Inspections. Amanda also served in the fire service, holding positions such as Fire Marshal for Oviedo and Titusville and concluding her career as Deputy Chief/Fire Marshal in Nassau County, where she was involved in Fire Plan Review and Consulting. Her combination of practical experience, certifications, and leadership allows her to guide business owners, contractors, and developers in achieving fire code compliance with confidence, including the proper management of Fire Hydrants and Backflows.
